Anita is a welcome addition to MAG Sport which has been dominated by the other side of the gender barrier up till now.

Anita Jane is 20 years old, and she found MAG Sport while browsing through the MAG website with an interest in membership and noticed the sign for mag racers wanted.

Anita has been racing for the past 4 years now and is enjoying her carreer to date.

She has competed in the British Championships in Wildtracks in England 1998, and finished fifth over all.

She also competed in the Ladies International meeting at Elsworth in Cambridge, competing  against women from all over the world in 2000 and finish seventh over all.

Anita races under the MRA in Ireland,and is a member of the Cookstown club.

She again plans to return to England for this year and Anita will also be winging her way to America in May to race in a womens motocross league there and while overseas she will be also entering an Internationl championship and promises to send photo's of her adventures. 

Her favourite track is at Ballykelly.

A few years back Anita  wrote an article concerning bike theft and included a mass of it on MAG and their dedication to protection of bikes.

Anita says "Just at the race meeting I always hear people talk of how easy it would be for someone to steal their motocrosser."

We couldn't agree more Anita and Derek Heron one of the racers had a bike and kit stolen from his van last year.
