Liam Gallagher Classic racer is back with the team for 2002, we just can't get him to go away!
Liam was Northern Ireland Regional Representative for many years and was also on the MAG Sport-working group before deciding to try a spot of racing.
Again this year teaming up with Team Cairnduff to regain his crown in the Classic Short Circuit Championship riding the "Black Bomber" with also hopefully a new addition to the stable an Arial 350 single.
Liam finished 2nd in 2001 in the Irish Championship Short Circuit with team mate Billy Lyle from Team Cairnduff snatching first place.
Team Cairnduff are apparently the quietest team in the paddock, tell us more Liam?
Liam's plans for next year include winning the Short Circuit Championship back again, racing at the Ulster Grand Prix (UGP) and Kells road races and at the Bob Mac races in Scotland which adds up to ten races for 2002.
Liam hopes to be riding the Arial 350 single at the Bob Mac as well as the "Black Bomber" which is undergoing a disc conversion, which should fit straight in!
The Arial single part owed by Cecil Cairnduff will be the oldest bike out there being 50 years young, Liam had a few test runs on the bike this year having been built up after lying for six years in bits. Liam says, " The tyres which were about 20 years old and with running it in the rain it made for some fun, not!"
