Held on mostly Go-Kart tracks the rules are simple Standard Bike, with only closely scrutinised changes allowed.
Although Alex can not contend all the dates of this championship and therefore not contest the championship he still attends as many as we can as it provides loads of track time and challenging racing.
Alex managed to win the first round which was held in mixed weather conditions at Rowrah in Cumbria with two second place finishes and a win in the last race of the day, Missing out on round two held at Lydd International raceway in Kent.
Although injured in an Accident at Cadwell Park while practising on his 125 GP bike a few days earlier Alex was given the all clear to race in the third round of this championship held at Wigan during the Easter holidays.
In three exciting races he managed a third, second and a win in the last race of the day to come home second on the day.
Two weeks later and it was Wombwell in Yorkshire for Round 4 a Fantastic result which seen Alex win all three races puts him at the top of this National championship going into Round 5 to be held on the 8th/9th/ May at Strubby in Lincolnshire.
