JAMES CLAMP
Started racing in 1999 aged 15, in the Junior Racing Association. He finished 2nd in the Japanese Class on a heavily modified Kawasaki AR80 in his first season.
In 2000 James made the massive and courageous jump up to 600cc machines. Since then he has regularly achieved top ten finishes against more experienced riders on more competitive machinery in the 600cc class.
In 2003 he competed in the highly respected New ERA Superclub Championship but unfortunately, lack of funds and work commitments prevented him from mounting a full scale attack on the championship.
In 2004 James' work commitments have lessened and he hopes to make his mark on a Suzuki GSXR600K1 in the MRO Powerbike Series which is televised on Sky Sports.
He also hopes to campaign the BMCRC Championship which runs along side the MRO as well as the ACU Star Championship.
