James at Brands
 On the 9th of July James Clamp traveled to Brands Hatch to contest round 6 of the BEMSEE Nationwide Championship.
Having not competed in many of the championship races so far, James was allocated a lowly grid position of 34 out of 36.
After a restart caused by an incident at Paddock Hill, James swiftly worked his way up to 20th place. Because of the earlier incident the race was reduce to 6 laps and only approximately 51 second to complete a lap, James ran out of time to progress further.
In order to qualify for the A Final James needed to finish in the top 18 so he found himself on the front row for the B Final.
James made an impressive start and was leading down Paddock Hill bend and into Druids. A small mistake saw him drop to second place and on the start/finish straight he found himself losing more places to newer bikes with more horsepower. Having dropped to 6th place, James battled well to recover to 5th by the chequered flag.
